- Managed the commercial pipeline across client qualification, contract negotiation and revenue targets.
- Implemented a CRM framework that automated partner onboarding and enabled data-driven segmentation.
- Led development and launch of B2B and B2C ventures, including Gulf Wireline and the CARZ marketplace app.
